Frequently Asked Questions

  • Please make sure you’re receiving and viewing our emails with new session releases as well us checking our website for updates under Seasonal Tab. Also, refer to your membership portal to view your most up-to-date session count and plan out your upcoming year with any holiday and/or important family milestones you would like to celebrate!   • For existing members, you should have recently received an email with instructions on how to access your new membership portal. Simply click the button above to log in using the login details provided in the email. Once logged in, you will be able to easily book your next session and view how many sessions remain in your membership.

    For new members, your login information will be sent to you shortly after your membership is fully activated. Keep an eye on your inbox for these details, and then you’ll be able to access your portal and book your sessions!

  • We track the sessions for you and display the most up to date session count in your membership portal. Member information is updated after the session takes place.

  • You can find your personalized gallery access link in your membership portal, and we also highly recommend that you create an icon on your mobile device for easy gallery access.

    iPhone users: View your gallery on your device > click on the share icon at the bottom of your phone (looks like a box with arrow at the top) > scroll down to Add to Home Screen

    Android users: View you gallery on your device > tap on the menu button (three dots) in the top-left corner > on slide-out panel select Add to Home Screen

  • Membership is intended only for the immediate member family (parents, kiddos and grandparents). We do offer seasonal mini sessions that are a great way to experience our studio for half the price of a regular session.

  • We will gift you three 5” x 7" prints for each new client that you send our way as a way to show our thanks and appreciation!

  • The sessions listed are curated suggestions. We would love to help you with a Custom Studio or Custom Outdoor session!

  • If you choose not to renew your membership for another year, any member benefits or sessions remaining on the account will expire. We highly recommend you refer to your membership portal to help you keep track of how many sessions you have remaining so you can maximize the value of your membership.
