Frequently Asked Questions

  • Please make sure you’re receiving and viewing our emails with new session releases as well us checking our website for updates under Membership > Existing Members. Also, refer to your image gallery for available session count and plan out your upcoming year with any holiday and/or important family milestones you would like to celebrate! If you need any assistance, please email membership@nestphotostudio.com

  • Click on your membership level (UNLIMITED or Studio) above and that will take you to the current session availability schedule. A direct scheduling link is also provided at the top of your image gallery for easy reference.

  • We track the sessions for you and display the most up to date session count at the top of your family’s image gallery. Member information is updated with delivery of each session.

  • We highly recommend that you create an icon on your mobile device for easy gallery access and current membership information.

    iPhone users: View your gallery on your device > click on the share icon at the bottom of your phone (looks like a box with arrow at the top) > scroll down to Add to Home Screen

    Android users: View you gallery on your device > tap on the menu button (three dots) in the top-left corner > on slide-out panel select Add to Home Screen

  • You can combine two same type of sessions to enjoy an even longer session (two outdoor or two studio), but you cannot combine indoor sessions to upgrade to an outdoor session.

  • Membership is intended only for the immediate member family (parents, kiddos and grandparents). We do offer seasonal PhotoPOPs that are a great way to experience our studio for half the price of a regular session.

  • We will gift you three 5” x 7" prints for each new client that you send our way as a way to show our thanks and appreciation!

  • The sessions listed are curated suggestions. We would love to help you celebrate your special little and big moments by having you book a Custom Studio or Custom Outdoor session and let us know where to meet you!

  • If you by any chance have unused sessions remaining, you may combine two of the same type (indoor or outdoor) sessions for extended session or carry them the new new membership year when you renew. Please note, as per agreement, we will carry up to two unused sessions to the following membership year. If you choose not to renew your membership, any remaining member benefits remaining on the account will expire if you’re not an active member.
